Emily's Birthday

Emily had a great 2 Birthday! I made Elmo cup cakes and Em had one friend over so it was a small party but a lot of fun! Emily got one of the candles out and big sister got the other one for her

She got alot of Elmo dolls for her birthday! from mom and dad and from her grandma and papa Guerry, her sister got her some Elmo outfits, and moon sand from her friend . all in all it was a good day

Christmas morning

The girls had so much fun Christmas morning! like I said before I took some great photos but they got deleted some how! oh well Leslie got a Wii from Santa ! and loves it!

Gingerbread House

hear we are getting the gingerbread ready, Emily was saying cheese daddy! the making and the girls eating the candy was a lot of fun , they both had so much fun making it!
Hear we are with the house up ! Emily helped a lot with the roof and leslie did the grounds and the other side of the roof.
we try ed to move the house before it was all dry! ( not a good idea) oh well the girls had so much fun with it.

and the finished part of the house the roof sliding off they loved making it and eating a lot of it!

Mt. Lemmon AZ

On Sunday we drove up to Mt Lemon, after three years of saying that we were going to go we finaly went!. The drive up was good Emily slept most of the way. both girls loved playing in the snow! we are going to drive up again this Saturday, and we are hoping for more snow! We climbed up on to this rock and put the girls on top! even Brad got up on the rock! we stooped at a town called Summerhavin and had good pizza! and cookies that were as big as the plate! when we go up again we are going to drive up to Ski something and see what is up there, that is if we can get up with all the snow!

Lots of Dresses!

Grandma Thatcher sent the girls a Big box full of Christmas gifts, and two of the boxes are for the girls to open now! Emily was home with me so she got to open hers and Leslie will open hers when she gets home from school! as you can see Emily likes the box. and loves the dresses that grandma got for her, thank you grandma!
It seems strange to write Grandma Thatcher when I mean my mom and not my Grandma! Christmas was all ways so much fun at Grandma and Grandpa Thatchers house tons of family lots and lots of good times,
and Christmas at Grandma Stanley's house up on MT. Hood big cups of hot coco. lots of snow! Cutting down Christmas Trees the sent of the fresh pine .
not like now in the Hot Tucson weather and the fake tree! at least I get to put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving and it can stay up tell New Years! that is one good thing about them.

once the girls and I got back from shopping
on Black Friday ! Brad got up at 4 to go
to work and I could not go back to sleep so
up we all got and we were out of the house
by 4:45 am both girls did great !

Three Things I am Thankful for...

As Thanksgiving comes around I look back to all we have to be thankful for.. Brad made it home safe from Qatar.
Emily no longer has to see the Brain DR.
and Leslie is doing great in school this year!
and I am grateful for the loving family that I have been blessed with. I love them all and look forward to many more wonderful Thanksgivings!

Purple Dragons

Hear is Leslie's soccer team they went undefeated for there seasons! we are so proud of her!

this is at their last game ! what fun they had, Brad even was able to coach the last game.

After Leslies soccer game Saturday we went to the mall and the girls saw Santa!

Then last night Emily put herself to bed! what a big girl she is getting to be !
