Senior Noncommissioned Officer(SNCO) the dinner was for the top 3 of the Air Force, Brad made Master Sergeants (MSgt) witch is the top 3 ranks for the enlisted , master sergeant,senior master sergeant, and chief master sergeant.I hope that helps.
